I have a diploma in Integrative Counselling
and Psychotherapy. This incorporates the three approaches
of Psychodynamic, Humanistic and Cognitive Behavioural.
Each can be used independently or integrated, depending
on the problems presented.
My working experience as a counsellor with various
organisations involved providing counselling
to individuals who are experiencing difficulties
such as Depression, Bereavement, loss, Stress, anxiety,
Sexual Abuse, Alcohol, etc.
I am an Individual Member of the British Association
of Counselling and Psychotherapy, (BACP) and am
bound by its Ethical Framework, for good practice
in Counselling and Psychotherapy and subject to
the Professional conduct Procedure therein.
My training is ongoing as I feel this is essential
to my own self development, which enables me to
give my clients the best possible assistance in
working through their difficulties.
